Home again home again. I said in my interests that I love adventures. This includes road trips. No matter how familiar. I began my trip by entering New Jersey and encountering a huge (or small depending on whether or not you are comparing to the real thing or the toy models) death star. I have no idea what it really is. Continuing on through the wasteland that is the new jersey turnpike I got to the Delaware memorial bridge. It is my favorite bridge on the drive from DC to northern destinations. I attempted pictures, but as you can see, failed. Upon entering Maryland I promptly say a confederate flag, and thought to myself "well hello Maryland. I cannot say I've missed this." And now I am home with my lovely and adorable kitties (photo credit to helen), and preparing to make a lovely dinner tonight (stay tuned for pics and recipes!).
